How Merger Squared Got Started
Two of our key contributors come from the business consulting space, specializing in post-merger integrations and operations. When it came to small business mergers, we often needed to explain the business buying strategy from beginning to end.
We began to notice we were billing a lot of hours for repetitive consulting. It was decided instead to module the consulting hours so we could save time.
To many, our investment banking contributors have what would be a unique work schedule: 100+ hour work weeks, and then deal-less weeks where there is downtime.
After some re-working, we decided to release the consulting modules online as Merger Squared, and offer members the opportunity to be connected with our financial professional network for the completion of business analysis and financial modeling.
